What I did

Staffed on the TD Digital Customer Experience team with product owners, program managers, designers, and developers as well as business analysts, I worked on the very customer-front product, TD EasyWeb - their online banking system, providing better experiences to millions of customers to manage their accounts, order cheques, transfer money, and so forth.

My day to day

So far, I helped design…

  1. New account summary and manage page for checking, savings, and credit card accounts.
  2. Change account types. Advise customers to upgrade/downgrade their accounts without losing their most used features.
  3. Order cheques. (also work with external vendor to support return to EW)
  4. Global transfers. Guide customers to provide detailed transaction information in certain countries to avoid delays or rejections.
